Steve and his team have been great. Not only they respond quickly they work hard to find answers. I highly recommend this team not only to family and friends but I continue to use them whenever I sell and buy again. What a great wonderful hardworking team!
We were thankful to find Mykayla as we moved cross country to Grand Junction. You'd be very hard pressed to find an agent more engaged in your move than her. She will do her best to handle anything requested and you won't be disappointed. She still contacts us to this day to check in and see how things are going. "The Steve G Team" should really be called "The You Team." Steve Gonzales and Rachel Ham were indispensable and possibly the greatest assets in our first-time house buying experience! Even though we only saw three properties before we found "the one", each time they were knowledgeable about each and really, REALLY did their homework before we set foot inside. She explained the contracts fully, answered all of our questions (probably multiple times), and talked us down when we wanted to go camp out on the lawn of the property we wanted and scream "we will not be moved!" When I listed my home, it was at the start of the Corona Virus when no one was sure how to proceed. Before showings were not allowed, Natalie made sure that there were wipes and masks. She made sure cabinet doors were opened that way the prospective buyer could look inside without touching the hardware. Natalie worked hard and sold my home very quickly. She kept me updated in all areas in the process of selling. If I had any question or concern, she answered them fully. I would highly recommend Natalie to any prospective seller.
